A little about our company...

Adeline Custom Homes is boutique home building company capable of big results. After working in construction since 1998, our owners opened the company in 2017 as LLW Construction, Inc., a general construction firm. Over the years we have done a variety of commercial and residential projects and through this process created our homebuilding brand Adeline Custom Homes.

At Adeline we focus on building new homes directly for our clients and delivering a better value with nicer finishes than you may find with a typical production or "on your lot" builder. We truly are a custom home builder where all options are on the table - there are no limits to what we can produce for you.

We understand how complex and, at times, frustrating building houses can be, so we developed a system to plan, design, and control the homebuilding process from start to finish. Our number one goal is to make the building of your new home an enjoyable and rewarding experience for you, our client.

Mike Winiarek

Owner, Builder

Mike, along with his wife Mary, is the founder and owner of Adeline Custom Homes. Mike began his career working with structural building repairs, has mastered home renovations and has been in the construction field for 26 years. Mike has the sales experience, business experience, and hands-on construction experience which is critical in understanding and properly managing the design, approval, and the homebuilding process. Mike surrounds himself with people that are invaluable in making our organization better, and turn our customers into raving fans.

Sharon is an invaluable member of the Adeline team. She is the first point of contact, makes sure our company processes are followed and are working properly to allow us to deliver outstanding homes to our clients. She manages product selections, materials orders, maintains vendor and subcontractor relationships, and supports our entire operation. Sharon knows the status and location of every component of every project. She keeps your project on track and makes our company shine.

Finance, Accounting, and Compliance

Mary started the company in 2017 along with her husband, Mike. They have been working together in various businesses and managing a real estate portfolio since 2004. She understands the complexities of accounting, payables, receivables, cashflows and finance. Mary also ensures our company accounts are in good standing, maintains our licensing, insurance policies, and certifications. She works with our CPA to optimize our tax planning, our Project Manager to maintain all construction project budgets, and makes sure the back office is managed for optimal performance.
